The ERS system allows you to elevate the windscreen 6 cm more than the original lifting mechanism and allows it to lower its position 2 cm lower than the original as well, ideal for use in off-road riding. One of the main advantages of the ERS system is that it does not require a fixing support and its structure significantly improves the rigidity of the original part on the bike. The piece has been designed to be mounted with the original screen or with one of the Puig models. The installation of the new mechanism does not require mechanical or electronics knowledge. It comes with simple assembly instructions, supplied in paper as well as a video tutorial to enjoy the piece quickly and easily.

Puig Elektronisches Regulierungssystem für Scheiben
Das ERS ist ein elektronischer Hebe- und Senkmechanismus für die Scheibe Ihres Motorrads, welchen Sie mit einem Finger während der Fahrt Ihres Motorrads bedienen können und welches Ihnen erlaubt den aerodynamischen Windschutz so zu regulieren, wie Sie ihn gerade benötigen.
Das ERS erlaubt es, die Scheibe um 60mm mehr zu erhöhen als bei dem originalen Mechanismus. Zudem ist es möglich die Scheibe in der niedrigsten Position um 20mm mehr zu senken, als es bei dem originalen Mechanismus möglich ist. Dies ist gerade für Off-Road Fahrten ideal. Ein weiterer Halter ist nicht nötig, da der Mechanismus selbst sogar stabiler ist als der eigentliche Scheibenhalter des Motorrads. Der Puig Mechanismus wurde so designt, dass er mit der Originalscheibe der R1200GS, sowie der Puig Scheibe für die R1200GS.
Für den Anbau ist weder ein wahnsinnnig ausgeprägtes technisches oder elektronisches Verständnis nötig. Mit einfachen Anbauanleitungen auf Papier und besser noch als Video, kann jeder das ERS an seine GS anbauen.
